Processing Time

Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.

Order Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is processed. The estimated or guaranteed delivery window for the chosen method of shipment begins when the order is picked up by the shipping carrier, not the day the order is placed.

Processing time may vary for US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations (see below).
Shipping Methods

We ship all live plants via UPS or USPS, depending on location. Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and destination and will be calculated at checkout. You can choose from the following shipping options:

Standard and Ground Shipping (3-7 business days): Best for hardy plants and temperate climates.

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): Recommended for sensitive, higher-cost plants and extreme temperature conditions to ensure quick delivery.
Package Protection
The Plant Jungalow provides complimentary package protection on all website orders up to $10,000. Coverage is applied automatically upon checkout. Route protection covers the full value of your order against loss, theft, and damage, subject to terms and conditions.
The claims process is hassle-free. Terms and conditions, as well as claim instructions, are provided upon checkout.
Packing Methods
Packaging: Each plant is packaged with protective materials to safeguard from damage during transit. Packaging includes complimentary insulation, heat packs or cold packs as necessary.
Large Plants/Pots: Plants that exceed 8 inches in diameter are likely to be shipped without pots for logistical reasons.
Weather Precautions: To protect plants from extreme temperatures, we monitor the weather conditions at our facility and at the destination. Shipping will be held as necessary to avoid inclement conditions.
U.S. Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and territories. We are unable to ship plants to PO Boxes due to transit times and courier restrictions.
International Shipping
The Plant Jungalow does not offer international shipping.
Shipping Delays and Damage Policy
Lost or Delayed Packages: We do our best to assist in tracking and locating your shipment should an issue arise with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, the box, and the packing slip. We will work with you to resolve the issue, however, sometimes a bent stem or broken leaf is unavoidable during the shipping process.
